Ingredients

Fresh snow

1 c. evaporated milk

1/2c. sugar

2 t. vanilla

Directions

Stir all ingredients until dissolved.
Fold clean, fresh snow into mixture.
Serve immediately.

Notes

This treat was a must, every time it snowed. When our 5 children were growing up, we had many snowy days in Knoxville. Therefore, I fixed lots of Snow Ice Cream through the years.
